I’m Caroline, a qualified experienced Counsellor, and I am trained to help you work through your struggles.

Love the life you live’ might be OK when life is good, but sometimes life can be confusing and tough. We all face struggles at times - it’s normal. 

It’s completely understandable to want to feel better or different.

How might counselling help?


    Feeling heard

There might be something getting to you and you need someone to talk it through with in confidence. 

Sometimes it’s not enough to talk with a friend. Talking with someone unconnected with your situation can be helpful.

Clients tell me that they feel heard and understood in my presence, and that this can feel like a relief.

It's understandable to feel a bit nervous about taking that first step to contact.a counsellor.

Choices and change

If you are not feeling as OK as you perhaps appear, talking to a qualified counsellor could help. 

Becoming aware of your own needs can help with taking steps towards change. Identifying choices can bring a clarity to the ways forward. 

This could bring a sense of release, a chance to let go, promote greater self confidence, acceptance too of things one cannot change, and even joy!
